Motivation Minute is one of Trinidad and Tobago's longest running radio segments which is aired exclusively on Music Radio 97.
|
|
| To commemorate the years of Motivation Minutes on Music Radio 97, a special book will be produced which contains 60 Motivation Minutes. |
|
We are inviting you to be part of this special publication. Photographers, both amatuer and professional |
|
|
are asked to submit colour photographs that capture local flower and/or fauna, that elicit the theme "Inspiration" for inclusion in the Motivation Minute, the book. Twenty pieces will be selected and featured in this international publication. (Closing Date September 16th 2011)

Selection of Photographers Work: (All Photographs submitted must be Original Work )

It will be a two-stage process.
5 Judges
- 1 prominent photographer
- 2 Local celebrities
- 1 Publisher's Representative
- 1 Music Radio 97Representative
|
|
| |
|
| 1st phase: |
- All 5 judges will score the photographs
- The best forty will be chosen for the second and final round of judging
|
| |
| 2nd phase: |
- Will consist of a panel of 3 judges who will select the final 20 by rescoring the photographs
|
|
|
| |
|
Each chosen Photographer will have to sign a release and permission form, indicating that they are handing over the rights of their work and will each be paid $ 500 for the said.
Submissions from any staff member or their immediate families of Music Radio 97.1 or affiliate radio stations (Radio 90.5FM, Ebony 104.1FM and Heartbeat Radio 103.5FM) will not be eligible to take part. |
